Some things that might help people from my personal experiences:
There are conventions based around tech and video games etc, its good to go to them to network. If anyone is interested, i can give some more examples of that.
Also look up individual companies websites for their internship/entry lvl jobs. Find ones whose style closely matches…

This is great, these tips definitely helped me start out as well. I even submitted my CV to companies that didn’t have openings but I really liked or aligned with. It may just so happen that they don’t yet have a person with a particular skill set you may have but they’re keen to look into!

This piece was inspired by Howl’s Moving Castle.
